Just Bloggin'

Only one more day and then I'm back to North Carolina for more training. Only one more week of classroom work after this and then I have two shadow weeks and I'll be certified! Woot! Being certified is going to make a big difference in my career and I'm very excited about it.

North Carolina is going to be in the 80s and here we're still inching our ways into the 60s. I'm excited about the hot except for the part where my wardrobe is more for spring and 60 and not 80s. This will require a shopping trip tomorrow afternoon.

My first lia sophia party went very well. My hostess is getting nearly $300 in free jewelry and I'm getting $200 in commissions! Not bad for 3 hours of work...not including all this prep time but that shouldn't be so much from here on out. I'm thinking about taking some of my stuff to NC with me and doing a small show out there. This will help me hit my qualifying target sooner and take some stress, the little that's there in regards to this, off my back. I'm very hopeful that this will help put some extra money in my pockets for the things we haven't been able to start really working on paying down in debt. Someday all this money will be put in an account for Nathan's college fund so he doesn't have debt like I do just from getting smart!

So, tomorrow looks like another packing day! After teaching my Sunday school lesson it's off to the store for last minute items and back home to pack! Hopefully the weather is nice outside so Nate and I can have some fun either at the park or with sidewalk chalk! Woot! I'll be missing his birthday with this trip to NC. It's a horrible feeling but he won't really know. I'll make it up next weekend with a fun BBQ and some awesome presents!
