it's totally true about the good customer service thing. if i get good customer service, whether over the phone or in person, i've recently made it a point to contact a manager or someone in charge to tell them. or i'll even fill out a comment card. i think managers rarely get compliments...especially this time of year!

I have worked customer service many times. It is one hell of a job. This is why I too always make sure to thank the good ones.
