My Make Up Obsession Has a Home

Yes. I have always had a make-up obsession. Seriously, I loooove the stuff and I've always spent way too much money on it. This is why my husband and even some family members we concerned when I tossed out my collection of goodies and decided to only go with Bare Minerals. That's right. I'm smitten by the product. Awesome coverage, awesome perfection with the colors for my skin, and tonight I learned about their amazing customer service.

I got a package with the concealers and bonus eye shadow(woot!) because I signed up for a automatic shipment club. Problem is I thought I signed up for a eye shadow club. Oh well, I figured I signed up for the wrong club by mistake so I was going to make my automatic shipment for concealers go every 6 months instead of 3 and change the colors.

I got a very very sweet lady on the phone who not only did what I wanted but discussed my skin color and is giving me free product (not sample sizes) to try the new colors since I wouldn't get what I wanted for another six months. Also, I did sign up for the eye shadow club and so she let me in on what types would be coming so I didn't go buying anything I was getting. WAY COOL.

It's so hard to get GOOD customer service these days so I was thrilled and decided to vox about it. If you're looking for a great company with an awesome product to use go with these guys. It's worth the money, and take it from a make up o holic...you'll never try anything else and that's really saying something.

So, this is the girliest blog I have EVER written. However, it's worth it. I haven't been this impressed with a company in a long time, and being tired of feeling like a stone around someone's neck instead of a customer this feels really good.
