What personality trait has gotten you in the most trouble?
I used to trust everyone and anyone. Now I know that some people are only looking to make themselves look better by exploiting your faults and lifestyle. I'm now a lot more choosy when it comes to my friends who I let close.

]]>What most excites you about the way you're living your life right now?
I'm setting myself up for a future of wonderful things. We work hard now so that in the future everything can be simple and clear. We have set goals and a clear vision of what we want and where we're going.
]]>What are your neighbors like? (The ones you live near or next to, not the ones in your Vox neighborhood!)
On our right is a woman who lives alone. She's very nice most of the time unless you let her snide remarks about how long it takes us to clean up our yards get to you. She's a gardener and it kills her that we've let the backyard fall apart. We're working on it but we're novice at this stuff.
On our left is where the trouble is. We're going to put up a privacy fence in their honor. Husband and wife live in the main house while her son and girlfriend (they're almost in their 30s) live in their backyard (which is by no means large enough to house an additional family)...in a trailer. Now that I've painted that pretty picture for you imagine them drunk and up all night most nights of the week during the Spring and Summer. I was very excited for Spring to be here...and then I remembered them. We all hibernate in the Winter but I could still hear their cat calls at 2 a.m most nights coming home from the bars. Their bottles and cans end up in our backyard. Hopefully that won't happen with a six foot wall between us.
Across the street are an adorible old man and his wife. They're sweet and very nice. He's very ill but still takes a walk every day and tries to do most of the outside work. They're the matriarchs of the block. In the winter everyone goes over and helps shovel their walk and drive way. It's really cool to see people come together like that.
We're looking at moving. Mainly becasue of the family on our left but also because behind their house is a bar. This is the bar they go to every night but also the neighborhood crack bar. You know, the ones only locals dare to go into and not even many of them because they know how bad it is? It gets worse and worse and it's just not worth having Nathan live so close too. Hopefully in a year or so we'll be able to get this house together and ready to move out. :)

I used to live in California. For about a year or so I would commute from Riverside to San Diego. This would result in about three to five fits of rage a day from someone who either cut me off, rode my butt, or went very very slow in the fast lane.
Now I live in Small Town, Minnesota. I probably get "road rage" once a month...maybe less. It's a lot less stressful out here and honestly, I'm not sure I could handle the stress of the 91 Freeway anymore.
]]>If you're getting one, how are you planning on spending your tax refund?
It's already spent. One of our cars died and we had to replace it with a newer one. It's nice to have a reliable car but we could have used that money on a whole lot of other things we really needed to do. Like pay bills. Funny how something big always dies right before tax time.

Really? What kind of a question is this? I hate everything about being sick. If you like being sick you are crazy in the head. If we're talking about getting the day off, or sleeping in, or being babied by friends and family then you are not sick enough if you're enjoying these kinds of things. Being sick, sucks!

I was 16 when I had my first "official" boyfriend. Here's the story. I've posted it before actually...
What's the one thing you're most neurotic about?
I hate being late to anything. I hate even almost being late. It's to the point where I'm normally 30 minutes early for things. That annoys people almost as much as being late. I can't help it though. If I know something is coming up that's out of the norm for the day I'll think about it even the day before to the point where I'm obsessing over it. I think about what I'm going to wear. I think about how I'm going to get there. I think about what time I should leave. I think about what route I should take.
This all sounds very normal until you realize I'm thinking about these things over and over again until the event happens. I think this is why I like doing things at MY house. I don't have to worry about being late at my house. Instead I worry about all the other people being late. Seriously, if you're not to my house on time and you said you were coming I will worry like your 90 year old grandmother.
Luckily I know all this about myself and I don't let too many people onto the fact that I obsess over it so much. I'm not sure if anyone really knows the severity of it all.
